Most content programs fail at the brief, not the writing. If the topic wasn't chosen against what a model actually retrieves for, no amount of polish makes the piece citable.
Cognos writes against the branch list Fan-Out Discovery produced. Each piece is structured so the answer to the question sits near the top in a form a model can lift cleanly, with the supporting evidence, entities, and internal links underneath it.
Then it clears a scoring pipeline before it publishes: does it answer the question directly, does it carry the entities the branch expects, is the claim supported, does it read like a person wrote it. Pieces that don't clear get rewritten.
